PrecisionIR Teams With Folio Investing in First Relationship with a Brokerage Firm

McLean, Virginia – Folio Investing, the innovative online brokerage, and PrecisionIR, a leading investor relations firm, today announced the first-ever alliance directly linking a brokerage service with the PrecisionIR platform.

As a result of the alliance, investors researching public companies on the PrecisionIR Web site will now have an easy and direct way to link to Folio Investing’s online brokerage platform. With a few clicks, they can open an account and enter an order to purchase an exact dollar amount in stock of the company or companies they are researching. PrecisionIR currently has 600,000 regular users of its Web-based stock research services. Links to Folio Investing also will appear in the 2 million email alerts which PrecisionIR distributes monthly to investors. Under the terms of the deal, PrecisionIR will receive referral fees for investors it refers to—and who open accounts with—Folio Investing.
